The MY-RELIEF project aims to enhance awareness of mature workers (55+ years) about the ways to monitor, limit and cope with chronic low back pain in all personal spheres (work, family, leisure etc.). It develops an innovative health education to older adults working in sedentary or arduous/strenuous jobs for improving their knowledge and transversal skills about correct ergonomics, pain self-management and healthy behaviours to adopt for addressing the low back pain.

The consortium works for producing:1. multimedia training videos with workers and experts;2. a health education handbook for providing tips, advice and recommendations to workers;3. a mobile-based serious game for self-assessment;4. a massive open online course (MOOC) in a structured adult education package. The project is funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ Programme (2018-2020) (grant agreement no. 2018-1-SE01-KA204-039144).Tech4Care is a key technological partner in the project. In particular, we support the development of themultimedia training materials, the massive open online course (MOOC) and the serious game app.
